How does Work&Track work?

Work&Track is not exactly a CMMS system, but YES it can be integrated with a CMMS by providing the technology to digitize processes linked to digital forms. These digital forms will be used by each technician to collect the necessary evidence in their work.

The system manages work orders and schedules them intelligently through its task scheduler. It uses algorithms to assign to each technician the most appropriate work orders based on the characteristics of the order and the technician’s functions, skills, availability or location if required.

Work orders are received in the mobile terminal of each technician, while the coordinator monitors them in real time, visualizing their status (unassigned, assigned, finished, delayed or with conflicts in the planning) along with the details of each service and the GPS monitoring in real time.

Work orders are associated to the completion of field staff work reports. Once the service has been accomplished and the reports submitted, the coordinator can review and analyze them. It is a very intuitive system that allows both technicians and managers to work independently throughout the work order management process:

  • Generate process and work form,
  • Create work orders,
  • Assign technicians to the order,
  • Scheluding tasks,
  • Optimize routes,
  • Report work from mobile terminals,

2 Fleet management and tracking
